Dr. Szelestey grew up in Clayton, Ohio, graduating from Northmont High School. He stayed in Ohio to complete his education, starting at The Ohio State University for undergraduate work. He received his medical degree in Dayton at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine, followed by his Otolaryngology: Head and Neck Surgery residency training in Cleveland, Ohio at Case Western Reserve University. While at Case Western Reserve, Dr. Szelestey was selected as the Administrative Chief Resident during his chief year.
Dr. Szelestey treats all aspects of the ear, nose, and throat for both adults and children. He is especially interested in treating upper airway and sinonasal disease, obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) including the Inspire implant, CPAP intolerance, thyroid and parathyroid disorders, cancers of the head and neck, salivary gland disease, and ear diseases.
In his spare time, Dr. Szelestey enjoys spending time with his wife, Ashleigh, and son, Eli. He enjoys golfing, soccer and cheering for the Buckeyes. He looks forward to caring for you and his hometown community.
